1. Services

WEBLYO PTE LTD provides web design, development, and related digital services as described in individual project proposals. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are set out in a written proposal or service agreement that forms part of these terms.

2. Payment Terms

• •Projects are invoiced according to the payment schedule in the project proposal (typically: 50% upfront, 25% at design approval, 25% on launch)
• •Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• •Late payment may result in work being paused until invoices are settled
• •All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude GST where applicable

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all custom design and code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and materials necessary to complete the project. Delays caused by late content or feedback may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of WEBLYO.

5. Warranty

All projects include a 30-day post-launch warranty covering bugs and defects in our work. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party software updates, client modifications, or hosting provider issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

WEBLYO's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or delivered products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
